How ranked works

• Draft as usual, then your team plays a best of three against another player's team. The series is simulated on the server from the strength of the two drafts, chemistry and coach included; nothing is decided in the browser.
• Your opponent is a team drafted by a player within 150 ladder points of you, widening by 100 at a time, never your own teams or anyone you faced in the last 24 hours. When nobody is near, a house team made of a real roster from The M-series stands in.
• Everyone starts at 1,000. A win moves you up and a loss down, more when the opponent was rated above you (Elo). Your first 20 games are placement: they move the rating by up to 40 points instead of 24, so you settle quickly. Your medal shows from the first match.
• Each medal has 5 stars. Mythical Glory is the top 1,000 players with 50+ games and shows a ladder number instead.
